For beginners, this course is a great starting point to learn about basic postures and Sati(mindfulness.) Since meditation often involves sitting for extended periods, maintaining proper posture is essential for a sustainable practice. At the beginning of the course, you will attend a lecture on building correct posture, which aims to help prevent back pain and stiff shoulders in everyday life.
